Do you make your own products?
We manufacture all of our products at our family run bakery in Chorley, Lancashire and ship to business clients around the UK, either to single or multiple locations.
How are your products made?
All our products are baked from scratch using top quality ingredients and traditional recipes. Unlike most suppliers of edible branded goods, we do not use industrial baking mixes. This means you are getting a product that has a ‘cake shop’ quality and taste. We believe if you are putting your brand onto a product, it needs to taste great as well as look fantastic.
Nuts – We do not use any nuts in baking our products. However, some of the ingredients we use may have been manufactured in an environment that is exposed to nuts.
Gluten Free – We can provide cakes and cupcakes with a gluten free recipe. We do not manufacture gluten free biscuits or flapjacks.
How much are your products?
Our pricing is volume related and the more you order the cheaper they get. Please contact us for a formal quote. There is no VAT on our products or delivery.
Where do you deliver to?
We can courier your branded products to any UK location and have couriers delivering orders to single and multiple locations across the UK and Ireland. We can deliver in one of the following time slots – by 16:00, 12:00, 10:00 or 09:00.
What are your delivery costs?
The actual delivery cost per location depends upon (i) what time of the day you need your products delivered by, (ii) how heavy your order is, (iii) how many courier boxes are required to be packed and (iv) the delivery location. Some more remote locations in the UK and Ireland may require a 2 day delivery, have reduced delivery time options and carry additional surcharges. Consignments over 20kg will also attract surcharges.
What are your order lead times?
As everything is freshly baked we normally ask for 10 days notice so we can schedule your order. If you need your products sooner than this, please contact us as we will always try to fit you in.
How do you produce the logo branding on your products?
Our Cakes, Cupcakes, Biscuits and Flapjacks can be branded with almost any image as our state-of-the-art Italian made food printer enables us to print directly onto icing. Please send us your images in either JPEG or PNG format.
We print onto 2mm thick sugar paste icing discs, we DO NOT use rice paper like most other branded cake suppliers. We will also help you create the best image to make sure you get the most out of the branding areas available on each product. How are your products packaged?
We have worked hard to ensure your products get to you in perfect condition. They are all sent as FRAGILE DELIVERY via our trusted couriers to ensure they are handled with care through the delivery process.
Cupcakes – Cupcakes are couriered to you in specially designed 15 pack trays to ensure they arrive in the best condition. We can also supply single cake pods and boxes that hold 4, 6 or 12 cupcakes if you want to split up and re-package them at your end.
Biscuits & Flapjacks- Our biscuits are wrapped individually but if you do not need this, we can pack some of our range into 6 pack trays which will make the unit pricing slightly cheaper. Biscuits are packaged securely in protective packaging for couriering.
Full Cakes – We carefully pack our whole cakes and send them in individual boxes.
How do I pay for my logo branded products?
Payment is required 7 days prior to delivery and your order is not confirmed in our schedules until payment has been received. We require full payment upfront, however, f you need part of the cost to be on invoice after the delivery has been done please contact us to discuss.
You can pay us by cheque, credit card or BACs. The quickest way is by card over the phone by calling 01772 472 580 and we will email you a copy of the receipt. Please be aware there is a 1.8% surcharge for paying with a credit card. This does not apply to BACs and Debit Card payments.
