Sponge Cake Mix – Free range eggs, sugar, wheat flour, Unsalted Butter, Butter with Vegetable Oil, golden syrup, (Chocolate cake includes cocoa powder), (Gluten free cakes and cupcakes include Doves Farm gluten free flour).

Vanilla – Unsalted Butter, Butter with Vegetable Oil, Icing Sugar
Lemon – Unsalted Butter, Butter with Vegetable Oil, Icing Sugar, Lemon Curd
Light Chocolate – Unsalted Butter, Butter with Vegetable Oil, Icing Sugar, Cocoa Powder.
Raspberry Ripple / Salted Caramel / Strawberry Milkshake – Unsalted Butter, Butter with Vegetable Oil, Icing Sugar, Anti-caking agent E341, Starch (trace), Natural Flavourings, Carriers (Maltodextrin, Gum Arabic), colouring.
Small Round Shortbread – Wheat flour, Butter (MILK), Sugar, Cornflour. May contain traces of nuts
Large & Shaped Shortbread – Wheat flour, Unsalted Butter, Butter with Vegetable Oil, Sugar, Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed), Salt. May contain nut traces.
Small Round Gingernut –Wheat flour, Sugar, Vegetable Oils (Palm Oil, Palm Stearin Oil) Invert Sugar Syrup, Ground Ginger, Raising Agents: Ammonium Carbonates, Sodium Carbonates, Salt, Flavouring.
Large Round Ginger –Wheat flour, Sugar, Margarine (Veg Oil, Water, Salt, Emulsifier (E471) Flavouring), Whole Egg, Treacle, Ginger Powder, Raising Agent (E450, E500) May contain traces of nuts.
Shaped Ginger Biscuit – Wheat Flour. Golden Syrup, Butter, Brown Sugar, Ground Ginger, Bicarbonate of Soda.
Flapjack—Oats (46.5%), Sugar, vegetable Oil (Palm, Rapeseed), Golden Syrup, Dextrose, Skimmed Milk Powder, Salt, Flavouring, Colour (Paprika Extract).
Printed Icing on Cakes, Cupcakes, Biscuits and Flapjacks
Icing – We use a high quality sugar paste icing that is specially formulated to provide the best surface to print logos and images. The ingredients for our icing are: Sugar, vegetable oil, glucose syrup, Humectants (E420, E422), water, Stabilisers (E413, E415), flavouring, colour (E171), Emulsifier (E472©), Acidity regulators (E270, E325), Preservative (E202).
Edible Ink – Our images are printed using edible ink in four colours Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black (CMYK), Ingredients for our ink are: Water, Humectant (E422), propylene glycol (E490), preservative (E202), food colors (E122-carmoisine, E133, E102-tartrazine, E124-ponceau), acidity regulator(E330).
The following ingredients form part of many of our products.
Royal Icing – We use Royal Icing to attach some of the logo branded toppers to cakes and biscuits. The ingredients of Royal Icing are: Wheat starch, Dried egg albumen, Sugar, Modified starch, Acidity regulators: Calcium lactate, tartaric acid, cream of tartar, lactic acid. Dextrose, Stabiliser: Guar gum. Icing Sugar. Water.
Strawberry Jam – is used as a filling in vanilla sponges and to adhere icing to some biscuits. Ingredients are: Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Strawberries, Gelling Agent: Pectin: Acid: Citric Acid; Acidity Regulator: Sodium Citrates.
Lemon Curd – Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Sugar, Water, LEMON JUICE FROM CONCENTRATE (8%), Margarine [Vegetable Oil (Palm, Rapeseed, Pal Fractions), Water], Maize Starch, Dried Whole Egg, Gelling Agent: Pectin: Acid: Citric Acid; Acidity Regulator: Sodium Citrates.; Colours: Lutein, Beta-Carotene: Lemon Oil, Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid
Unsalted Butter – Butter (MILK) (Minimum Fat Content 82%).
Butter with Vegetable Oil – Butter (42%) (MILK), Water, Rapeseed Oil (25%), Buttermilk Powder (MILK), Salt (1%)
