Is there a minimum number order?
We have a minimum order of just 10 postal packs, but you can order as many as you want. We offer discounts for large order volumes.
What range of packaging do you offer?
The biscuits are individually wrapped in clear ECO film and then placed inside a recyclable box. These are postal boxes specially designed to fit through a letterbox.
We have a larger hamper box with a plastic liner to hold the biscuits safely in place. Perfect when sending gifts to a team or office.
We also offer biscuits packaged into robust cardboard tubes with a choice of white, black or kraft colour and an added logo. Alternatively, we have chrome tubular biscuit tins – this is a very smart corporate gift.
How do you prevent biscuits arriving damaged?
We’ve tried and tested all our packaging and now only use a range of boxes that help to ensure they arrive in perfect order – just like the day they were made in the bakery. Very occasionally a biscuit may arrive broken, but this doesn’t happen often.
What is included in the biscuit decorating activity pack?
This is a popular item for team building or as a gift. You have a choice of biscuit flavour and quantity, tubes of icing to pipe on your message or decoration, sprinkles, and edible logos printed onto icing sheets.
What is the advantage of a ‘brew box’?
Who doesn’t like a brew with a biscuit! This is a great gift to say thank you to your homeworker employees or clients. Includes biscuit with edible iced logo, sachets of tea, coffee, or hot chocolate. There’s also the option to add a branded label to the box, a message card and a coaster. Which postal or courier service do you use?
Postal biscuits or letterbox gifts, such as brew boxes, are delivered by Royal Mail. Larger or bulk product orders are delivered via our next day ‘fragile’ courier service.
