INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES: We can deliver certain product items into EU, following these rules:
- All products are sent Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), and this is accounted for by a 30% increase int he unit costs for the EU location. This means the recipient site will not incur any duty or VAT charges, and the ordering customer will not receive any additional charges from Eat My Logo for duty or VAT.
- Delivery to a business address: An EORI number MUST be provided to Eat My Logo for the organisation based at the delivery location. We cannot guarantee a smooth delivery without this and the package may be held in customs.
- Delivery to a home address: This does not require an EORI number, unless the home address is that of a registered business, when an EORI number will still be required.
- All goods are sent as gift items, unless the ordering customer is EU based, in which case they will be sent as ‘Sale of Goods’.
- Please be aware that whilst the vast majority of EU deliveries run smoothly through, occasionally there can be customs issues that delay an order. Eat My Logo will not be held accountable for delays caused by products being held up in customs.
