Our logo biscuits are particularly popular – with just the right amount of crunch and crumble! We bake and sell tens of thousands every week. All biscuits are produced in our bakery to traditional recipes. We can ship large orders in bulk or deliver smaller quantities to multiple locations.

How many biscuits or cookies can I order?
We have a minimum order of 30 or 50 depending on the chosen biscuit, but we can bake and deliver thousands of biscuits if needed. Every customer gets the same great service no matter how many are ordered.
What choice of flavours do you offer?
We offer a range including the always popular shortbread, ‘Maryland’ style choc chip cookies, spicey ginger, and caramel flavour.
How will my biscuits be packaged?
We offer a range of packaging, from individually wrapped and boxed biscuits for posting, through to larger ‘hamper’ boxes, which are perfect for sharing. We can offer corporate branded gift packaging if you need something a bit special. We also deliver bulk orders – great for corporate events.
What kind of logo design can I have?
Depending on the biscuit chosen you can have a round or square logo. Please contact us if you need assistance and we’ll be happy to advise.
How good is the printing quality on the biscuits?
Printing onto icing with edible ink is not the same as traditional printing, so we can’t guarantee to match exactly your image colour or image clarity. However, our production team always go the extra mile to ensure your logo and branding looks great.

How do I order online?
Some of our biscuits are available to order online and these are identified with a BUY ONLINE tag. Simply go to the relevant biscuit page and then choose the size and flavour as applicable. Select the quantity you require and then click the green ORDER ONLINE button. This will open up the product builder where you can add images and text. Once you’re happy with your sizing and design, click the CONFIRM IMAGE button and add to basket. You can then either add another product or go to the checkout and finish your order.
What if I cannot order online?
Most of our orders are placed via out sales team so please contact us to discuss your requirements.
How quickly will I get my biscuits?
As you’d expect, lead times vary depending on the product as well as the size of order. We can usually accommodate most requests and timescales – we can turnaround large orders rapidly when required.
Which postal or courier delivery service do you use?
Products are delivered via our next day ‘fragile’ courier service to ensure they arrive in the best condition. Letterbox biscuits are delivered by Royal Mail.
