When one of our recent clients approached us, they had a clear goal: bring their teams together with a thoughtful gesture, no matter where they were based. With offices spread across the UK, they wanted something that felt personal, inclusive, and genuinely uplifting — not just another standard corporate delivery.
The plan? Nearly 800 cupcakes delivered to 15 different locations nationwide.

Each box was thoughtfully packed with variety in mind — different flavours, clearly labelled options, and a presentation that felt just as exciting to open as it was to eat.
Behind the scenes, our operations team carefully mapped out logistics across all 15 destinations. Multi-location deliveries at this scale require precision timing, temperature control, and reliable courier coordination. Every batch was baked fresh, quality-checked, and packaged securely to ensure it arrived in perfect condition — soft, fresh, and celebration-ready.
We also paid close attention to consistency. Whether a box was heading to London, Manchester, Glasgow, or a smaller regional office, the experience needed to feel exactly the same — same quality, same presentation, same moment of joy.
