We deeply value our team and the broader community, investing in their growth through apprenticeships and training programs. Many of our team members are skilled, long-standing employees with years of experience.
Community Work
Beyond our internal efforts, we actively collaborate with local charities, schools, and social enterprises to make a positive impact. Our contributions range from donating baking equipment to youth centres and providing products for charity events and fundraisers, to directing proceeds toward worthy causes.
Our director, Ruth, also volunteers as a youth mentor, helping young people enter the workforce.
