Meet the Eat My Logo Team
Our team work extremely hard every day with big smiles on their faces and we are very proud of every single one of them.
Each week our sales team deal with hundreds of enquiries from new and regular customers across the UK. These enquiries result in orders for tens of thousands of bespoke of edible branded products which our bakery team produces to be sent to hundreds of UK locations on a daily basis.
As a business we are really passionate about developing the Eat My Logo team and giving opportunities to young people.
Our Bakery
We expanded into an 9000 square foot production facility in August 2019 to meet increasing demands. The unit was created with dedicated facilities designed around the businesses unique printing processes and our range of different products.
Director Ruth Poar noted ‘the space has enabled us to work more efficiently, with shorter lead times, enabling us to meet the requirements of large and small orders with ease’
The Founders – Ruth and Andrew Poar
Eat My Logo was formed when in 2014 a local businessman came into Ruth Poar’s Celebration Cake Shop and asked for some logo branded cupcakes to promote his business. This order sowed the seeds for what was to come next and shortly afterwards Eat My Logo was born.
Before Eat My Logo Ruth was originally a primary school deputy head and then the owner of her Celebration Cake business called Cakes by Ruth and Andy worked in various corporate sales and management roles in the Telecoms Industry.
Since 2014 they have learnt masses from launching Eat My Logo and turning the business into the UK’s leading supplier of baked edible promotional merchandise. People often ask them about the challenges of running a business as a husband-and-wife team, but they claim it has been a great experience for both of them. Honestly!!
Sales & Marketing Team
Our friendly and helpful sales team of Andy, Daniel, Amy & Kristina will help you choose the right product for your event.
Amy and Daniel joined us on Digital Marketing apprenticeships and have remained with the business ever since. Amy and Daniel’s roles covers sales and marketing, and Daniel is responsible for some aspects of Business Development. Kristina joined the team in January 2021, and has been a key member ever since!
The team take great pride in ensuring that all enquires are dealt with quickly and efficiently and we always get fantastic feedback about them from our customers.
Production Team
Our ten strong production team work hard every day baking tens of thousands of cakes and biscuits as well as printing all of the icing toppers to brand them up.
Between them they make sure that everything is baked, decorated, packed and dispatched on time every day. They are always first in and the last to go home!
Becci, Georgie, Robert, Kirsty all initially joined us as Food Production apprentices and along with Faith and Megan they all work hard to make sure your brand looks and tastes great!
